Consultant Intern

This is what you will do

As a consultant intern, you will contribute to connecting technical specialists with suitable opportunities. During your internship, you will become acquainted with the dynamic world of recruitment, HR, administration and sales. Together with a committed team, you will work on a variety of projects, where your ideas and initiatives are valued. This is your chance to gain practical experience in an informal working environment and further develop yourself within our organization.

What you will do:

• Writing and publishing job vacancies: drafting appealing job vacancy texts and finding technical specialists through various recruitment channels.
• Conducting intake interviews: getting to know candidates and maintaining relationships with both candidates and clients.
• Visiting clients: gaining insight into practice and the commercial process by visiting workplaces and clients.
• Supporting administration: preparing CVs, scheduling appointments and processing administrative tasks.
• Thinking along about improvements: contributing to improving job vacancy visibility and the training process for employees.

• Internship allowance of €500 per month.
• Internship contract with intensive guidance and coaching.
• 32 to 40 hours per week, depending on your availability.

• You are studying at a university of applied sciences in HR, business administration or commercial economics.
• You take initiative and work independently on tasks.
• You communicate clearly and listen actively to others.
• You are sociable and work well in a team.
• You recognize commercial opportunities and act on them.
