Domakin Student Agent

Domakin helps students in the Netherlands find housing. If you want a flexible role that makes a visible impact and teaches you real communication and sales skills, this is for you.

As a Domakin Agent, you combine two core missions:

• Property Seeker: help students find accommodation by sourcing rooms and studios, verifying the details, and guiding them through the process.
• Viewing Agent: attend property viewings on behalf of students who cannot be present, and report back with clear notes and photos.

What you will do

• Property sourcing: find rooms and apartments, message or call current tenants, confirm registration possibility, price and availability, and upload verified options to our system.
• Remote viewings: go to properties in your area, take photos, check key points (registration, condition, neighborhood), and send a structured summary to the student.
• Student support: help students move fast, make informed decisions, and avoid scams.
• Sales training: we train you to confidently pitch our process to landlords and students, including how we handle room listings and successful takeovers.

Time and compensation

This is a 100% freelance, commission-based role designed to fit around your university schedule.

• No fixed contract or schedule: you are your own boss. Work as much or as little as you want, whenever you want, and scale up during busy periods.
• Performance-driven payouts: there is no base salary. Instead, you earn a referral bonus for every verified room listed on our platform through your network.
• Per viewing: typically €20 to €40, and most viewings take up to 30 minutes on site (plus travel).
• Per room listing: starting from €170, with opportunities up to €300 for a successful takeover, depending on the deal.
