You know exactly what is happening and know the status of the tables. - You are the host in your neighborhood or for your group, know our service standard, and work in this manner. - You ensure that guests are provided with a drink; the menu is brought to the table; take orders and ensure that the tables are set on time. - You have knowledge of the menu and drinks list and can answer questions or make suggestions regarding them. - You check with the guest if everything is to their liking, consider the guest's wishes, and strive for a 9+ experience. - You are responsible for a tidy neighborhood. This means that the tables are clean, empty plates have been cleared, and there are no empty glassware or coffee cups on the tables. - You have knowledge of the cash register, can enter orders, ask about courses, and process payments.
