Recruitment and HR Intern

What you will do

As an intern at Technicum, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic environment within technical recruitment and staffing. You will work closely with a committed team and be actively involved in various processes, from recruitment to administration and client contact. This internship will not only give you the opportunity to develop your skills, but also to gain valuable insights into the world of HR and sales.

What you will do:

• Writing and publishing vacancies: drafting attractive job descriptions and finding technical specialists through various recruitment channels.
• Conducting intake interviews: getting to know candidates and maintaining relationships with both candidates and clients.
• Visiting clients: gaining insight into workplaces and the commercial process through client visits and practical experience.
• Providing administrative support: preparing CVs, scheduling appointments and processing administrative tasks.
• Thinking along about improvements: contributing to improving vacancy visibility and the training process for employees.

• Internship allowance of €500 per month.
• Internship contract with personal guidance and coaching.
• 32 to 40 hours per week, depending on your availability.

• Opportunity, upon employment, to obtain diplomas such as VIL-VCU and SEU.
