What will you do?
You start this summer at a technical company in Groningen where you will also follow your BBL education from September. Not just a loose holiday job, but a smart first step towards your future in technology. Before you start, we discuss which technical direction you want to go. Maybe you will work on vehicles, learn to weld, work on installations, build machines, or solve technical faults. You choose the direction you like, then we find a company that matches! You can work in:
- Commercial vehicle technology
- Installation technology
- Electrical engineering
- Welding and metalworking (production technology)
- Mechatronics

What can you expect from us:
- Salary between €1,070 and €2,800 gross per month
- A place at a technical company matching your chosen direction

Where will you work?
You will work at an approved learning company in Groningen where you can develop yourself in your chosen technical direction. You work together with experienced professionals who guide you and teach you step-by-step in practice. During the holiday work, you really participate in the team. You go out with experienced mechanics or technicians, help with various tasks, and discover how things work in practice. This way, you already get familiar with the work, your colleagues, and the company where you will later follow your BBL trajectory.
Throughout the trajectory, you will be guided by your Maintec coach. We help you prepare well for your job interview and support you during your education. We visit several times a year to see how things are going, both at work, with your studies, and privately. Let that diploma come!
