Part-Time Outbound Customer Service Representative – UWV Groningen

What you will do As a Customer Service Representative, you contact UWV customers by phone to collect information. You work with a clear calling script, so you know exactly how to conduct conversations.
Your duties

• Contact customers by phone
• Ask targeted questions using a set script
• Process information in the system
• Forward data to the appropriate department
• Connect customers with substantive questions to colleagues
• Contribute to good service provision at UWV
  
  No experience is required. During the training, you learn everything you need to start successfully.

• You live in Groningen or are willing to travel to Groningen
