About The Market Hotel and Café Willem Albert The Market Hotel has 123 hotel rooms, spread over six floors. There is also a large restaurant called Café Willem Albert with a terrace on the Grote and Nieuwe Markt, with a high-end bar. In the kitchen of the Willem Albert Café, we serve traditional Dutch dishes with a new twist. The Market Hotel also has its own bakery, Bakkerij Westers.
