At Youwe, we help ambitious brands accelerate digital growth through creativity, data, and technology. As a Digital Marketing Intern, you’ll explore different areas of marketing and gain hands-on experience within an international digital agency.
You’ll work closely with the marketing team and collaborate with colleagues across departments. This internship gives you the opportunity to develop your skills in content, campaigns, analytics, and digital strategy while contributing to real client work.
Location: Rotterdam or Groningen
Your Responsibilities:
Analyze market trends and consumer behaviour to support marketing strategies
Create and curate engaging content for websites, social media, and email campaigns
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels
Monitor and optimise live campaigns using A/B testing and analytics tools
Analyse performance data from ad platforms and marketing tools
Create reports with insights and recommendations for campaign improvement
Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with broader business goals
Contribute to improving ROI, engagement, and conversion performance
From research to execution, you’ll be actively involved in shaping and improving our digital marketing activities.
Must-haves:
Available for a 6-month internship (32–40 hours per week), starting September/October 2026
Enrolled in or recently graduated from a marketing-related HBO/WO program
Strong interest in digital marketing and online campaigns
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
Able to take ownership and work independently
Fluent in English
Dutch language skills are a strong advantage
Nice-to-haves:
Experience or interest in marketing analytics, content creation, or ad campaign management
Familiarity with tools for social media, advertising, or analytics
Interest in data-driven marketing and optimisation
Experience working in team projects or study assignments
